I received a recorded message that claimed to be from PayPal, stating that there was a $900 payment request. The message instructed me to press certain numbers to speak with a representative. This seems suspicious to me, especially with the alarming amount mentioned.
An Indian woman called me claiming to be from Cyber Security Australia. She stated that someone in America was using my mobile number and that they were tracking my location, which she said was in California. I recognized this as a scam and ended the call, though I wonder if I stayed on the line too long.
They called me but hung up without leaving a message.
The caller stated they were with Amazon, claiming they would deduct $99.99 from my bank account to renew my membership. They prompted me to press 1 for more information. However, I don't have an Amazon account at all.

This number called my 74-year-old parents, pretending to be from IINET. They falsely claimed that my parents had been hacked by six different people simultaneously. They pressured my parents to get on the computer to access their Facebook and bank account privacy settings. Eventually, my parents ended the call to avoid further manipulation.

Claimed to be from Tesltra. After I told them, I do not use Telstra for any of my telecom service. They continue to convince me, there is someone mis-using my service.
Told them that I am going to call Telstra main line and verify this and hang up.
Obviously scammers, do not provide any personal or banking information of any sort. They simply pests.
Definitely spam call. Claimed to be from National Broadband Network support. When I asked which provider she said National Broadband Network (obviously spam call). I then listed off some providers for her and she said Telstra (good one -_-). She then wanted to explain to me that she was based in north Sydney even though the number came up as Perth, WA lol. The reason they called was “they spotted some interruptions in my network connect” from their idle reports and wanted to help me fix that. Little did they know that I love messing with these people for acting with sheer disregard for peoples lives. RAGE!
