I also got a call from 0861461870 on 16/6/21. Same scam as others here. I could hardly understand the guy's accent but he said someone in China called Wang Chu has opened an Amazon Prime account with my personal details etc. To fix it I should open some app he would guide me through but I didn't get details of the app as I hung up instead.
This number called me to say that a person used my Amazon prime account to charge $500 and asked me to go to my bank account and then proceeded to ask me to press some button until it came to say cardless cash and withdraw $500. The guy in the other end said it is the process to refund my bank account. The thing is, I don't use my bank to purchase on Amazon. This is a scam, the criminals are getting sophisticated now a days so please watch out.
It is scammer and total fraud. Called me last month and this month regarding stupid recent purchase from eBay and then asked if I received any voice messages or email eBay. When I asked a few more questions for verification, they just disconnected my phone. Bloody scammers, nothing better to do during this pandemic! I called like at least more than 5 times for them to pick up and remove my number from their system. An idiot guy even asked me not to call them back - I wonder what is like to taste their own medicine! What comes around, goes around.
