Sounds like marketing I don’t know anyone in Perth and all my contacts know my details and would leave a message or text me so definitely a scam.
Called mobile and hung up when answered appeared to be suspicious which has now been confirmed.

Lady with strong accent rang and offered a deal to reduce gas bill then hang up when I asked further questions. Definitely a scam.
I believe this a number associated with the ATCO scam. Claimed to be informing me that gas suppliers are taking commission that they shouldn’t, and they had access to information regarding my bill payments and that I was entitled to discount. Started asking questions about the amount of discount I received.
Answer the call then it hangs up.
