These guys are scammers. They claim to be from MobileCiti, offering a great deal on phones. I've been to the mobile citi website and they don't have the same number as these guys. They even state on their website that they don't cold call. When I mentioned this to the person on the other end of the phone, she told me that the website was down and that she had a special deal for me. I told her I'd call back later. Previously when these people have called, I've told them that I'm not interested and yet was harrassed by them 8 times in the same day.
