The ATO will always call you directly and do not leave automated voice messages. DO NOT call the quoted number; its bound to be a premium service designed to suck you bank balance dry.
The number 0861020155 called left a messaging in a robotic female voice - this is the Australian tax office - the recording then tells you have a law suit filed against you. To call the number back. They repeat the number twice. The voice then states if you don't call there will bean arrest warrant issued for your arrest.
