Have just had this number ring me 4 times today 08 60294446 telling me that my internet has a problem my IP address has been hatched. I told them this is a business and the boss was away. I asked for Amanda's Telstra ID she told me it was TL628890. She also told me that I do not need him to aloud me to give them the right to fix this problem. I told her I will ring Telstra Business to get them to send someone from here to fix the problem which she informed me that she can do it over the phone. I just said No Thank You I will contact Telstra Business and get them out to which she hung up.
