This is yet another irritating scam call from someone pretending to be from Telstra. The caller seems to be located offshore but is using a local landline number from Western Australia. These redirected calls from outside Australia should definitely be prohibited. I recently read that Australians lost over $2 billion to scammers in the last year.
I received a call from this number, presumably from Kalgoorlie, but I did not answer it, and they did not leave a message.
