I received a call from someone claiming to be from Telstra, stating I overpaid my bill and requested my bank account information to issue a reimbursement. This is clearly a scam, especially since the amount they mentioned was drastically different from my actual monthly payment to Telstra.

I received a message from someone claiming they are related to Telstra, stating that I had an outstanding balance and they owed me money on my bill. They requested my personal information to process this supposed payment. Considering I am not even a Telstra customer, I recognize this as a scam.
