What Our Users Reviewed
I suspect this is a scam call. The caller claimed to represent eBay and said that $299 worth of gift cards would be withdrawn from my account, and they were trying to verify this alleged purchase. They insisted that I download an app to fill out a form to prevent the transaction. The conversation became heated, and I did not download the app.
I received a call, left to voice message. Message was:
“Hey(?) will be debited from your account automatically. If you want to cancel this. Then press one. Quote your claim for refunding. Then press two. To talk to our representative.”
That was Message2Text.
Scam.
