This number is a telesales company National Consumer Services. They screen you and organise appointments for the Real Life Insurance sales person to call you back to sell you insurance.
I get calls all the time at least twice a week sometimes more. Even though Ive told them Im not interested as I already have life insurance they keep calling.
They are deliberately not removing my number from their list which they can do. They are most likely pissed off that they can't sign me up so check the box on their screen that says call back later.
This is spam because I have told them to remove my number and they refuse to do so and keep calling.
