What Our Users Reviewed
National Consumer Services get private information and call phone numbers repeatedly even though they have been told not to call. Really dodgy.
I also keep getting missed calls. I answered my phone this time, the guy said that was from National Consumer Service he said it really quickly so I had to ask him again, he said that they were a division of Real Insurance and then that the call would be recorded. I asked him where he obtained my mobile number from but he just ignored my question. I told him that I did not want any insurance and I had already spoken to someone in early January, could they stop calling me. He said, again very quickly, I will speak to my manager and see what we can do and then hung up on me. I asked him to wait but he just hung up.
Repeatedly calls at all times of the day.
They have called me on my Telstra prepaid 3 times. I have not spoken to them at all. They do a hang up message which is really long and it wastes all of my credit.
Received a call from this number....... I swear to god she said "hi my name is .........." which is the exact name of my friend!! But I know it's not her number!! I got really freaked out because I hate answering unknown numbers and hung up right in the middle of her talking. These calls are soridiculous and annoying, I just want them to stop!!!
