Then named NAB and said a $2000 transaction to New Zealand from my account. I stupidly asked this woman to give me details of the last 4 digits of my account. She couldn’t. Then she asked me if I banked with ANZ.
I asked for a sms to call back to verify as I’m wary of scams and said there is no money in any of my accounts and the call went dead.
I received a scam call pretending to be from Vodafone. The caller asked for a code they had sent me, claiming that it would give them access to my account. I indicated that I recognized it as a scam and quickly hung up.
