Multiple calls, Indian woman asked for person by surname, claimed to be ABF Weipa office, hung up when I asked her to identify

Called twice with reference to packages with meth in it from China.. Saying I won't be laughing when I am in jail!! OMG, this is just laughable... At least they are bad enough to give themselves away with these comments... Although putting all this there will give them an education on how to scam us better! yikes.

Exactly same, strong Indian woman accent, drags package caught from China custom. What's wrong with people these days???

Got a call this monring, same Indian lady with strong indian accent.

I really could not understand, so she tsf the line to her "supervisor", was another lady with similar accent.

Again, with similar topics, international parcels contains illegal drugs now held by Guangzhou Customs. So I said, could you give me the consignment # or Parcel #, so I can investigate directly with the customs, and they could not make up a consignement # and then hang up.

1000000000% scam.

Received multiple calls from this number and a lady with strong India accent said I have sent a parcel to oversea with illegal items and police will come for me. I said she is a scammer and she said she is from the government boarder force and she will sue me for a second ticket. She said good luck to me and hang me up.100% scam.

Today I got a call. A Indian woman said I sent drug from my hometown to Aus. But she couldn’t tell me my official name but use my English name. When I said you say you are custom department then you should have my whole information so what my official name is? She said how I can speak your name? It’s not English. Then I said then just spell it. She refused and said I couldn’t. And also she got the wrong address and mentioned the date I didn’t do any shopping or shipping. And the last she said I need to call the police in my hometown to prove my innocence.100% Scam.

This is a scam number. They call saying a parcel was sent using your personal details (they will have some of your personal information). Then they either get more personal information or maybe even a ask for money etc.

I got a call,100% a scam. Clearly they have spoofed a phone number.

They said they are holding a package at border security where they found meth in the package.

They phone line was so bad though, so I said I would call them back.

Scammers are getting trickier!

Today, I received a telephone call from the Australian Customs and Excise Department. I could not give my name exactly. I said I could not speak English and asked them to ask for an interpreter. They said that the government department did not provide this service. Then said the police will look for me, I also insulted, a female cheater (Indian oral English) still so arrogant!

Received a call from 0740905000 (It's indeed the ABF number as per Google, which is CRAZY) with Indian accent, pretending to be the Australian Border Force saying a parcel to China that contents drugs.

I answered a call from this number, said they were border force and I sent a parcel in china to an old address of mine. They reckon they will cancel my visa and I will be deported to china to face 15 years in prison. I had a bit of fun and said I’ve never had a passport and I’ve never left Australia so that’s proof I didn’t send it. Then because I laughed at him he threatened to escalate it to customs. I think he got is confused with the you.s. I told him to send cops to my door to explain all this and he hung up. Threatened to have me arrested I. Australia and taken to china wtf.

Call from Thai number with very strong Indian accents. Asking my parcel to China or from China was hold. They can tell my name correctly which is a big concern.

Received a call from 0740905000. Say they are ABF and I've sent out a parcel to china that contents drags. They have a very strong India accent which I do not understand and they pass that onto someone else. That lady threaten me will cancel my visa if I do not cooperate. Then I ask her just go ahead or report me to police. She getting mad on me and yelling at me hope that I can cooperate. I hang up with her and she call again for another 2 times and say they are going to cancel my visa.

Someone calling me saying they are from boarder force and asked me about a parcel. Clearly a scam call and do not talk to them.

Claiming to be ABF about a seized parcel overseas, no case number given, seems dodgy

Didn't answer, number appeared to be from Australia Border Force office but seems like number spoofing

Some India accent called us about a package under my name which found with drugs.
