Have you received a call from 07 3816 8010? This number is suspected to be a telemarketer following up on car service appointments. Discover how to handle such calls effectively.
In the realm of unknown callers, 07 3816 8010 / 0738168010 has caught the attention of multiple users who attempted to identify who called them. Based on user reports, this number is classified as a telemarketer, specifically regarding follow-up calls related to car services.
The earliest review we uncovered dates back to 02 February 2015, indicating that callers often miss reaching a live person upon returning the call. They are redirected to a “SureTel” answering service without any clear identification of the caller's intent or the company associated.
Subsequent reviews reveal a pattern; individuals reported receiving similar calls shortly after visiting a Mazda dealership. A review from 20 July 2015 highlighted that the number often calls in conjunction with calls from 07 3816 8019 / 0738168019, which was linked to “Grand Prix Mazda” following an appointment for vehicle service. This connection suggests that the intention behind the calls is likely legitimate, yet creates a certain level of annoyance among recipients, especially those who may have changed their minds about receiving follow-up communications.
Reports from users on 21 November 2015 and 24 November 2015 noted the consistent lack of identity from the callers. As mentioned, upon returning the call, many found themselves directed to an answering service with no clear distinction about the call's purpose, leading to confusion and frustration among those who are trying to identify who called them—certainly not something anyone looks forward to.
If you find yourself on the receiving end of a call from 07 3816 8010 / 0738168010, here are some practical recommendations:
- Do Not Rush to Call Back: If you missed the call, consider waiting until they leave a voicemail or detailing the purpose during the ringing process.
- Screen Your Calls: Using a phone lookup service like Reverseau can help you gain insight into who's trying to reach you.
- Ask Questions: If you answer, feel free to inquire directly with the caller about whom they represent and the purpose of their call to verify legitimacy.
In summary, 07 3816 8010 / 0738168010 is likely a legitimate telemarketing number related to car service follow-ups, particularly associated with Mazda services. If you are not interested in receiving such calls, you might choose to ignore them or block the number.
