What Our Users Reviewed
I received a call from this number, but I'm not a customer of AAMI, and there is no reason for them to contact me. The caller spoke rapidly and with a hard-to-understand accent, which I suspect to be of Asian origin. They asked for my name, car registration, address, and email. This approach seems deceitful, possibly indicating that the number is spoofed.
This number is a spam caller from the University of Queensland (UQ) soliciting donations. Like many others, I asked them not to call again, but they immediately redialed after I hung up, which was quite frustrating.
Called and asked to talk to me but when I asked who was speaking they hung up. When I called back a minute later there was background chatter and then they hung up. When I called back a second time they said they were university of qld call centre.
