I received a call from Suncorp regarding my home loan; they were offering a courtesy loan review. Although it was slightly unsolicited since I wasn’t expecting their call, I recognized it was related to a recent inquiry I made about my home loan.
Lady phoned stating was from Suncorp and wanting to see how they were doing and if there was anything I needed.
