I have found the if you answer unknown calls with "Hello, John speaking" they tend to hang up as they may have called a business. NEVER use the words YES, OK, RIGHT or AGREE as that could trigger a unknown contract.
Tells you've won a voucher but definitely a nuisance call. Blocked the number.
