Credit Corp. Do not identify yourself. Remember you can identify as someone else and ask they remove your number from their your call list as you are not the identified debtor. Before requesting they remove you, ask where they are calling from. Once they identify who they are and their purpose (this is not an obligation under the ACCC/ASIC regulations for them to identify themselves) state you are not the debtor and you do not wish to be called again, remove the number from their list under the debt collection agency guidelines, they are not allowed to contact you again or they are in breach of ACCC/ASIC guidelines. Unless they can prove the identity of the person they are calling, they are not allowed to continue to contact you.
