Received a call today from this number and as my phone app flagged it as a likely Spam Caller I used the Call Screen feature of my Smart Phone to see if it's maybe the National Broadband Network Co / TPG/ Internode or another subsidiary of TPG Technician that's due today giving me a courtesy call BUT seeing they hung up instantly I'll dismiss it as a genuine caller. I ASO rang the number back from a Telstra street booth and upon getting a recorded message about Q & A Marketing on behalf of clients etc which the message reasoning was illogical I'm flagging it as SPAM. Genuine businesses don't hide behind made up, unused, radomly generated numbers PLUS all the caller had to do was talk to me when they heard that I'm screening their call, right?
