I received an automated message claiming to be from ANZ bank, stating that there is $1200 ready to be credited to my account.
The caller claimed to be from Amazon Security and surprised me by mentioning my name. I firmly told them to stop contacting me and ended the call.
After a short pause, an Indian woman identified herself as being from the eBay verification department. I told her I don’t use eBay and hung up. This call was definitely spam.

This phone number 07 35213087 is definitely used by scammers!! A guy with an Indian accent rang my mobile phone on the 26th March 2022. I recognised the number to be local in Brisbane where I live, as I used to work for Telstra and I knew the different exchange telephone numbers. But the moment he said he was from Gmail and that someone else in California USA was using my Gmail account to use on Amazon etc, I knew he was a scammer. I played along with the call without giving any info, just saying, "if you say so" to anything he said, and then he yelled angrily " f*ck you motherf*ucker" and hung up on me!!
