Received a call from this number today. Had been told he was from National Broadband Network and my IP address was public and if I’d shared my password with anyone (which I had as we had people from hospital in the home come). He then asked me to go in safari and if I had an android or iPhone and wanted me to type something in the address bar.

It was along the lines of vallia etc I then hung up. Straight after a number from Perth was calling!

My dad received a call from these disgusting scammers claiming to be some security company. He could hear lots of people in the background like they were in an office. They said his bank account had been compromised. Tried to get him to download an app to gain remote access to his device and then asked for his bank details. When he realised what was happening, he hung up and they called from several other numbers - from Perth and Adelaide.
