A woman called, claiming to be representing my superannuation fund and wanting to discuss my superannuation performance. However, she made numerous inaccurate statements, leading me to believe this was a scam. I hung up and promptly blocked the number.
Even after blocking this number due to frequent calls, I still receive missed call alerts every day, which is a nuisance.
When I answered the call, it sounded like a delayed robocall. A male representative claimed to be calling from Customer Service Advisors for conducting a survey. I informed him that I'm on the "do not call" register, and he acknowledged that he was calling numbers obtained from data collection. He politely stated that he would make a note not to call me again.
I received a call from this number offering a "free review" of my Superannuation fund. I suspect this might be a scam or, at best, aggressive marketing. I recommend blocking and ignoring any further communication from them.
