This is the debt collection company that bought Panthera Finance, who was found by the Federal Court to have been unlawfully harassing Australians to pay debts they didn’t actually owe. Panthera was caught operating despite a barring and was sold to this mob in December 2024. It seems this new brand is no different to Panthera.
