Scammers. Claimed to be from my bank and wanted to step me through how to refuse an unauthorised payment. When I told them I was driving and would go to the bank myself when I got to the shops, they first asked me to pull over and then hung up on me when I refused.

They told me they were from Microsoft and that there were some error reports relating to my email account. I hadn't been having any problems so terminated call.

Definitely a scam, advising they were from Telstra and needed me to hook up to their secure server. Asked a few questions of them and they hung up. Be very wary.
