What Our Users Reviewed
Rang me and said that he was from The National Broadband Network and our line had received fault codes. He asked if I wanted to keep my line or install a new one and I said I was keeping it. He then said that he'd have to send someone to my house to fix it. I asked him what address it was for and he gave me my name and address. I said I don't have any flashing lights or problems and he said ok thank you have a nice day and hung up. I called the number back again and it said my call could not be connected. He had an Indian accent.
It's a worry that he knew my full name and residential address.
