Caller said hello and used my first name. When I replied with “who is this?”, he hesitated slightly and said he’s a Microsoft supervisor. I didn’t believe him and replied “no. I think you’re a scammer. Goodbye”. I doubt he was telling the truth and I blocked the number. Be wary.
