I received a call on my landline from this number. It rang a few times before I answered, but I only heard a strange beeping noise after I said hello, and then they hung up. Based on similar reports, I suspect this is a scam operation targeting multiple individuals.
I received a call from this number and there was silence for a few seconds before a nervous "hello." The caller seemed apprehensive, as if they thought I was a police officer.

SCAM! Said he was from National Broadband Network and someone was hacking into our National Broadband Network. He was very unprofessional particularly when I pushed him as a scammer.
