What Our Users Reviewed
Recorded voice saying I had an Amazon delivery.
Scam caller. Don't answer.
I chose not to answer a call from this number, which was registered in Brisbane. Since I live in Adelaide, there was no valid reason for them to call me, and I did not recognize the number at all, which raised my suspicions.
I received a call from someone claiming to be from Amazon, stating that my service fees were being debited and advising me to press one if that was incorrect. This is definitely a scam, as the amount they mentioned and the timing do not match my actual account details.
They claimed to be from Visa but failed to address me by name, which seemed suspicious to me.
Said they were from Telstra but is a scam caller!
I did not recognise the number so I let it ring for a while. I then answered it. As soon as I did, I got a hang up. I rang it back and got a busy signal. Beware…. The number may belong to a company, but has been spoofed by scammers.
I received a call with a recorded voice that sounded distorted and mentioned I had a courier booking. The voice had a heavy accent that made it difficult to understand, and I found it hard to believe the call was legitimate. If they wanted to communicate professionally, they could easily hire someone to record that message with a clearer accent.
