What Our Users Reviewed
Missed the call. Called back and the voicemail message said this number is not in use.
I received a call from someone claiming to be from Optus. However, I was suspicious because they asked for my personal details to verify my identity, even though they had already called me. It seems pointless since they should have my information already. I recommend avoiding answering the call altogether.
Caller said that they were from Visa/Mastercard office, I said I didn't have either of those cards so it could not have been me. He then said that it came from my account so I asked what name is the account under & he said yours, so I said a different what is the name & he said a different initial then mine so I said this sounds like a scam. Then he started swearing at me and I said yea yea yea and then he hang up. Other numbers that these scammers are using are 07 3305 1971 & 07 3305 1999.

Phoned, I answered but didn't speak, the phone was silent, then hung up after around 5 seconds. Almost certainly a scammer.

This number called but I didn’t answer. They left a message, but did not say anything meaningful, which makes me question the purpose of their call.
