It is not the Great Southern Bank calling as the caller states (I had an Indian lady). It is a scam call that is phishing for your personal information, including tax status.

They've called me multiple times and said that they're from GSB (previously CUA). Each time I've picked up and told them to go somewhere. They then send me a message spelling my name incorrectly and writing like a bank wouldn't telling me to call them back on the CUA number and press option 6. They're scammers because CUA would never write like that or pick up the phone that fast when you try to call back, you will almost always be in a queue. I'm trying to find a way to let CUA know because it's terrifying that they know my full name and phone number.

They say it's for 'tax residency purposes'
