Called the number as I couldn't understand the VM they left. Apparently there was an unauthorised purchase on my eBay account of $299 from China and they were going to direct me on how to stop this purchase over the phone. Definitely a scam!
A scam for sure! A message was left on my voicemail from this number advising that $299.99 would be deducted from my account and to press 9 to speak to a sales rep or some other various numbers for different actions. I didn't press any numbers and blocked the phone number.
