So sick of this scammer I keep blocking it and it just comes in with another digit. They also make sure it is a time when you are busy. It does come up as suspected spam on my phone, my advice just block it again and again.

Scam! The guy who called talked in condescending manner to make it appear that “you don’t understand”. When asked how he got my number he stammered and couldn't answer. Hanged up the phone on him.
