A man with an Indian accent who claimed to be from Amazon wanted to 'guide me through' cancelling a fraudulent order for $800 that was made in my name. He told me he was calling from Sydney but the number was a Brisbane number - he explained this by saying that the call went through a machine. Too many alarm bells on this one!
