What a weird call! I answer with “Hello” and all I got was a recorded voice saying “Goodbye.” Strange, don't you think?
Scam. Saying internet line something. Also, the guy is very rude.

Scam call, pretending to be National Broadband Network. Said the internet was going to be closed down due to suspicious activity. AI generated voice was a bit of a give away.
SCAM!! It's the "Your IP address has changed from private to public" scam.
Since there was no voicemail left by this number, I am assuming it might be a spam call.
SCAM ALERT! The caller identified themselves as being from Telstra and claimed there had been unusual activity on my internet service over the last few days. They disconnected the call as soon as I inquired about which office they represented within Telstra.
