I received a call from a person named Ray who was trying to get in touch with the owner of my business. When I asked what the call was regarding, he refused to provide any details but mentioned another business’s name to appear credible. He left a return phone number for his building instead of his office number. After calling the number he provided, the staff there said they were unaware of Ray or what his business actually does. The call I received was extremely unprofessional; the caller was name-dropping and outright lying in an attempt to reach the CEO. Their tactics were some of the worst I've encountered and I have shared the call recording widely as proof of their blatant dishonesty.
