When I declined she had a second spiel about the program then asked for a $20 donation. I declined. The woman’s spiel sounded either super rehearsed or was recorded, hard to tell.
Last night I had a call from this number and I asked is this a Qld number and lady caller said she was calling from Melbourne.? Raising money for Youth Suicide and I was not convinced as so many want to scam money over the phone. My answer is never give details for anyone over the phone. Just be aware and alert. If you are any doubt speak with someone at Scam and report it as I will Monday. Hope this help's others.
