Cold called by a lady called Jennifer who answered strangely and said she was from the 'Technical Department' at Telstra, claiming my mobile account was compromised and needing to make changes.

Very suspicious. I gave her nothing and said I'd call Telstra to work it out myself. She made no effort to stop me. Onto the next unsuspecting customer. Pissed they have my name and mobile though.
