A person with an Indian accent called claiming to be from an aircon company. It just happens that I had an aircon technician at my home yesterday to inspect a faulty evaporation tray which has to be replaced, but I told today’s caller I deal only with my usual aircon company and hung up. I guessed it was a scam and am relieved to see that my instincts were correct.
Called about air conditioning cleaning, very noisy background, knew my name, got flustered when I asked who they spoke to at my real estate agency
Weirdo. Man with an international accent called claiming to be from an aircon cleaning company, said I wasn't the property owner & I wasn't interested. He asked for the landlords details & I told him that I don't know who the landlord is (not that I would give them the details if I did know). He proceeding to say I have a really cute voice & all this random shit. I responded with that's weird & hung up.

No one spoke, lots of background noise, ended after about 5 seconds
