Scam phone. Indian call centre.
I've been receiving numerous calls from various numbers starting with 9994 at different random times throughout the day. I finally answered one of the calls, and upon greeting them with "hello," I was met with an automatic dialer response that said "goodbye" before disconnecting. I suggest ignoring these numbers, as it seems they are merely checking if the number is active so they can continue spamming.
