Scammer. I answered, they say nothing and hung up. Blocked this number.
Scam! 3 missed calls today. Called back and it rung for ages. Phone was finally answered they claimed to be an electricity/insurance group something like that was hard to hear/understand, telling me they can get me better rates. When I asked how they got this number they could not answer. They asked I am the electricity payer am I not to which I said no and hung up.
