I called them on a Friday morning regarding a leaking tap and they said they would be around between 1-4pm that day. They never showed up but rang after 4pm using some excuse about an emergency job. They made new appointment for the next day, Saturday between 8-12pm. I got a call after 10am to say they wouldn't be able to make it that day either.
A completely unreliable business that wasted my time. Would never ever call them again in a million years. Don't waste your time, get another plumber!

Sunday call out for broken garden tap that required water to be turned off at the mains until it was fixed.
Charged $295 for call out- maybe ok coz Sunday then $460 for replacing $20 tap in 5 mins..
Could have refused but would have lost the $295.
Probably should have.
