    Something about returning my call that I actually didn’t even make about electricity. Wouldn’t take no for an answer so I told him to F off and I hung up.

    Asked if power company had let me know that Goverment had brought the rate for power down I said no I would wait for them to let me know she said they wouldn't know I hang up.
