This number repeatedly calls, I rang back and was told automatically my voice mail was full. Absolutely not this is a scam.

I received a call from this number, but the caller hung up manually before the call could end. They called me back, hung up again, and then called a third time. When I answered, they disconnected a few seconds later.
This number has called me three times a day, and they tend to use different numbers each time. I believe this is from an Indian scam call center, and I highly advise avoiding this caller.
