Left no message spam/scam.
This caller did not leave a message after calling. I have deemed the call as spam and have now blocked the number on my phone.
An Indian woman called me and requested feedback on my Lenovo computer. When I asked her which company she thought I worked for, she stated it was NBN Co. This is clearly another scam call, and it seems to be a recurring issue that has been happening for over a year now.
This caller pretended to be from a reputable IT company and tried to convince me to upgrade my server. I found their request suspicious and have since blocked the number and reported it.
I experienced something similar to what others have reported— a woman claimed to be from Lenovo computers trying to update contact details for my IT department. This is definitely a scam.
I missed a call from an unknown number. When I tried to call back, I was greeted by a recorded message stating that all agents were busy and to leave a message for a callback. There was no identification of the company or the purpose of the call, which felt suspicious.
I believe this is a scam call. The caller claimed to represent Lenovo and stated that our account was going to be upgraded, but we do not even have any dealings with Lenovo.

This is a scam call. A woman claiming to be from Lenovo wanted to discuss devices and cloud services. Please avoid engaging with this caller.
Called business number twice within 5 minute space, same person called both times. She firstly claimed to be from Microsoft and wanted to speak to our company's IT person about licensing renewal, told her we would contact Microsoft directly for renewals. Then she called a second time and claimed to be from Lenovo and wanted to speak to someone about feedback and offered discounted Lenovo equipment. I asked if she had just called claiming to be from Microsoft and she denied it, then tried to say Microsoft and Lenovo had a deal for discounted licenses and equipment.
They call up and you have total silence just hang up and block.
When I called this number back, a voicemail answered saying, "All agents are busy, please leave a message." However, the company did not identify itself, making it suspicious.
I don't think they're a scam. If you've ever purchased from Lenovo before, Its most likely them. They're based in India I believe hence why their English isn't their Native language.
Called twice in 5 minutes, first time no speaking, second time claimed to be from Lenovo, asked for a former employer I would have purchased Lenovo computers on behalf of, using my mobile for shipping notifications. So they likely at least have access to Lenovo customer data.
However when I said I wasn't the named person he ignored me, when he asked if it was a good time to talk he didn't let me answer before starting his spiel. I hung up on him and blocked the number, which I regret as I didn't gather enough information to make an informed complaint to ACMA.

Claims to be Lenovo, but Lenovo don't cold call customers/partners unless it's a rep who is well known. I advise you do not entertain any calls from this number, it sends my Social Engineering BS meter off the scale!!!!!
Some guy with extremely bad English claiming to be from Lenovo asked if I would give feedback over the phone.
When I said NO, he claimed he could sell me Lenovo Computers at a cut price.
As I have purchased a few Lenovo Laptops I listened but did not answer his questions or take him up on any deals.
Scam call saying they are from Lenovo and that they have found that my Lenovo computer may have some issues. When I saw the Melbourne number, I answered and when I said who are you? The woman answered that she was from Lenovo. I asked what suburb was she calling from in Melbourne and that’s when the answer couldn’t be answered. I then said that I had phone software that has detected her call as a Scam call from India. When I asked her again where are you calling from she said a call centre in India!!!
This is a Spoofed number that appears to be local in Melbourne so be careful. I told the woman that she is a scammer and that it is illegal and that I would report it and she hung up on me. The Telco’s here in Australia are also culpable and responsible for aiding and abetting the scammers by giving them the ability to scam honest Australian people. Please, if you have had a similar experience to mine yesterday, ask questions, and they will falter and hang up. Folks, we have to collectively fight back and shut these Scammers down!
