    Did you know-sneaky shifty ***** excuses for human beings-can actually remotely 'dial in' to your phone and listen, sometimes control, whats going on on UR private phone? There are scum bags out there that can actually 'put' things onto your phone without you knowing! Why? Because they are obviously weak low life scum who want to 'frame' someone for something they have done or want to cause trouble between couples/friends/family etc. Divide and conquer is their objective!

    I got a call from this number as well today @ around 2pm but when I answered it went dead instantly.... I tried to call it back but just heard a beep with no ring.... I had a look @ my call register & noticed that I had received a call 3 days earlier @ around 1620 in the late afternoon but I do not remember receiving any call that I had missed.... Very unusual.

    Telephone scammers try to steal your money or personal information. Scams may come through phone calls from real people, robocalls, or text messages.

    Call or message may be a scam if:

    • You're asked for personal information or money;
    • Text messages tell you to urgently click a link or call a number;
    • The call or text pretends to be from someone you trust like your phone company or bank;
    • You're being threatened or made to feel scared;
    • The caller wants to access and control your computer.

    To protect yourself:

    • Don't answer if you don't know who it is. Let the call go to voicemail.
    • If a caller leaves a message claiming to be from known organisation, cross check the number the call came from against the organisation's official website.
    • Never share any personal information about yourself or your bank details.
    • Don't click on any links. Never let a stranger take control of your computer.
    • Do not send any money.
    • Block calls on your mobile phone. Your phone company can tell you how to block calls to your home phone.
