I did not answer this call, but I suspect it to be a scam.
I received an automated call that claimed to be from Amazon Prime. The message stated that they would be renewing my subscription for a fee of $99. This raised concerns about the authenticity of the call.
When I answered this unknown number, there was silence at first, followed by an automated message addressed to "respected customer." I felt uncomfortable and hung up before blocking the number, suspecting it was a scam.
