This is a spoofed call from someone claiming to be from VISA fraud headquarters in Ringwood, Victoria. The caller, a woman with an Indian accent, became quite aggressive when I questioned her legitimacy. This is definitely a scam!

Scam! Pretending to be from “Telstra Technical Department” suggesting I needed to switch servers.
I received a robocall with a robotic voice claiming to be from Visa. It felt like a scam attempt, and the approach was very unprofessional.
There are numerous complaints regarding this number (03) 9871 7453 for scams related to Visa, Amazon, Telstra, and ANZ Bank from early November 2023. Engaging with this number is highly risky.
During the call, they asked me to access the internet using my phone. I explained that I only have an old push-button phone. Then, they inquired if I had a computer, to which I replied no. They accused me of lying and promptly hung up, which I found quite funny. Lol.
Scam and Fraud.
A female voice, which sounded computer-generated and very similar to Siri, stated she was from Amazon. She claimed that my account would be auto-renewed and that $100 would be deducted from my account immediately. The call ended abruptly after that.
Scammer, pretends to be from the bank, false sense of urgency for unauthorised overseas charges on a VISA card.
Everyone please know, if the commbank rings you they send you a verification tab in netbank, this moron clearly diddnt realise this and then said he was “sick of making refunds to customers”, like really scammer, go away. He hung up.

Just received a call, hung up after I said hello. Normally I wouldn't answer, but I'm kinda expecting a call from Eastern States. Had Ringwood as area.

Called 12:26 pm 08/11/23. Seen this number before and have blocked it permanently until they no doubt find another block of numbers to use for their scam. The Telco's in this country are slack, they should have more control over how these numbers are obtained and block those that are being used for scamming and have been reported on other sites. You cannot tell me that they do not have the technology shut these scum down or at least make it harder for them to obtain numbers.
I received a call from someone claiming to be calling on behalf of Mastercard and Visa or the Commonwealth Bank. They tried to create a sense of urgency, saying they were "sick of giving customers refunds." This behavior is highly suspicious and definitely indicates a scam.
