Yes I have had the same thing happening.03 9771 2841 calls you pick up and no answer just a pre recorded message saying GOODBYE!! Tried calling back but it came up saying invalid number.
I keep getting calls from this number and when I answer it has a recording say GOODBYE the number is 03.9771 2841. they ring during the day and of an evening.
