I got them to email me the deals that was on offer and when I logged into my AGL account, it was prompting what she was selling to me over the phone. I contacted AGL myself and asked & confirmed the phone number that called me.
I am an AGL customer for my gas and electricity and when I am late paying my bill I start getting calls from this number.
I am pretty sure it is a legit AGL call centre, or at least a contracted call centre, but I still don't answer the calls cause they always try to up-sell other services. They must receive some commission $$ for every up-sell..
