Collections scam? Letter dated 31/7/2015 claims to be from 'collections house limited' collecting unpaid AGL accounts. Listed AGL account is fictitious (only partial account number) according to AGL. When I call the collections number the person at the other end answers with a different company name, and seems quite disorganised. Promises to remove our address from database. The similar number 03 9610 4960 is actually registered to collections house. Note: the logo on the letter is in different colours to the 'real' collections house logo.
Definately looks like a scam to collect bogus payments.
